The Bellamar complex has 27 one bedroom, air-conditioned apartments set around the swimming pool which has a children's section and sun terrace. The pool is set in gardens. The Bellamar's facilities include unmanned reception area, lift and maid service five times a week. Each of the apartments has a lounge/dining room with two pull out beds, kitchen with two electric rings, bathroom and terrace or balcony.
